Nathan is the Director of the Commercial Division of RE/MAX Time Realty in Southern California.
He believes the best interest of his clients comes first and treats all transactions as if they were his own. His business goals are to provide his clients with the best service in the industry with the highest level of expertise possible.
He specializes Commercial Investment Real Estate and Industrial Sales and Leasing and is an award winning commercial broker with over 20 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate. In 2016 his top performing office did over $500 Million in Real Estate transactions.
He was in the Top 20 Commercial Brokers in the United States out of 100,000 RE/MAX associates in 2013 and 2015.

His market area focus includes but is not limited to the East Los Angeles County area and Inland Empire area (Riverside and San Bernardino Counties) of Southern California and surrounding markets.

Nathan’s background includes Commercial Real Estate lending at 2 Fortune 500 banks and he has also participated in ground up development and has a California State General Contractor’s license (currently inactive).

He believes in doing the right thing for his clients and that brokers who do not expose listings to the market and only market them to their internal buyers are not acting in the seller's best interest, in this case the biggest loser is the seller because the property does not get exposure and it does not get the highest price.
Sales and Leasing – Nathan is an experienced negotiator and is very knowledgeable about the Commercial Real Estate Process and contracts.
